Ficus Micropara

This is Ficus Micropara, a very new variety. This is a part of Ficus Zingsung which is been grafted.
It doesnt need much care , roughly ulternate day water and minimum couple of hours sunlight.

Adenium

Adenium -

Adenium Obesum is grown as a housplant in temperate regions. Numerous hybrids have been developed.Adenims are apperciated for their colorful flowers, but also for their unusal,thick caudexes.They can be grown for many years in a pot and commonly used for bonsai.

Adenium Obesum, also known as Desert Rose, is native to Eastern Africa and Northern Arabia. They like full sun and are very heat tolerant. In the ground it can grow anywhere from 6-12 feet tall, it produces very attractive flowers and it is a popular plant among cacti and succulent collectors for it's unusual trunk.

This is very easy growing plant which doesn’t need much water. It will be healthier and glowing if get water once in a week and gets sun light at least for a hour every day. My Adenium is 6 yrs old plant with thick trunk , reunited two plants together.

Mini Bamboo Forest

This is my next assignment. In bonsai plants we have different types of concepts,now lets talk about Forest Concept.

What is Bonsai Forest ?

Bonsai Forest style is one of the most exotic designs of bonsai. If you want to grow a bonsai in the forest style, then you must be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time in planning your bonsai design.

In the traditional forest planning approach, the tree with the maximum height and width is planted in the front and other trees are arranged in a retreating manner with a gradual ascendance in height. This gives a feeling of depth to the whole design.

A forest for bonsai is generally created with groups of odd number of trees, and is usually grown on shallow pots or slabs. More than the number of trees, it is the way they are planted which gives it an illusion of a forest. Having a triangular pattern to the whole design is the most common approach for forest style bonsai.
 

What is Bamboo Bonsai ?

It is a grass, and is one of the most preferable subjects for bonsai. It is a very weather hardy plant and develops a lot of roots. It also reproduces through its roots, with new shoots coming out of it once the plant grown a little older.

This is my first adventure in Bonsai Plant :)

About the Plant -

1.  Ficus - Ficus trees are one of the most popular and versatile trees. With over 800 different species and literally thousands of varieties, ficus plants are found around the world.
2. Tropical style plants and trees are those that are, as the name indicates, native to the tropics---the area between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn bordering the Equator. These trees are not frost-tolerant and are usually evergreen. In cooler climates, many tropical plants and trees have been adapted as houseplants.
